080 000 47 47 do not call this number

Moroccan justice has just published a green number (080 000 47 47), the citizen must dial this number in case he is forced to pay bribe to obtain a document or service from the Moroccan administration, behind this green number there are three magistrates receiving calls from citizens !!!! ; Very little to face the tentacles of corruption in Morocco.
It is likely that the Moroccan corrupt administration wants to improve its image after years of deaf and mute policy, which has generated more corruption within the administration and its various departments, but the real question is, could these small steps combat this scourge that has plagued the Moroccan administration since independence? Many people think it is just a smokescreen to fool the citizens before the municipal election that will take place next September.
We doubt The Real intentions of the government dominated by Islamic pgd party , while the most efficient way to overcome the corruption of white-collar workers in the Moroccan administration, is to check and compare the income and the salary of the individual who works in the administration with his assets, and his bank account; by the way the religious chief of the government acknowledged his failure to tackle corruption head on , but unfortunately the Moroccan government is now using insignificant actions against the corruption as a skillful tool to derive political benefits from it before the upcoming local elections , in their obsession to attack small corruption and normalize with big corruption .

the accident of Tan-Tan a national traffic disaster

on April 10 ,Morocco has witnessed a deadly traffic accident as usual , on Thursday April 16 2015, the government spokesman said that most of the government meeting was focused on the accident of Tan-Tan, this blind accident between a bus and a tractor-trailer carrying gasoline had killed 34 people, including many children.
Experts expect the report of the scientific investigation , it is the only inquiry that will clear up many shadows hovering over this traffic accident , Anyone knows that the road No. 1, in which the accident took place is in good condition, in five years this is the first time a fatal accident takes place there.
Some parliamentarians intervening in the House of Representatives ,said that what happened is more than a normal car accident, and the truth will be revealed by the scientific investigation , because it is impossible that many people died, if it was a normal accident.
A few statistics, Morocco records every year about 4,000 dead and 50,000 wounded persons in the roads , Morocco has three million cars, compared to France, which has almost 40 million cars on the road with only 4,000 dead per year!!! We can say that Morocco is almost in civil road war which takes place every year??? .

The Bouya Omar hospital under scrutiny in Morocco

The Bouya Omar psychiatric hospital has just passed under a deep scrutiny of the Minister of Health, the results of this scrutiny are staggering and shocking, when it comes to the school level of people interned in this hospital ,the situation is as follows:
36% of the internees are of the primary level,
31% of the internees are of preparatory level
17% of the internees are of the secondary level,
5% of the internees are of university level,
12% of internees are illiterate.
Most patients of this hospital come from Casablanca, Tangier-Tetouan, Rabat, Marrakech etc, as for the conditions of the accommodation, we have four people per room, 70% of these patients do not receive medical treatment, 24% do not receive family visits, 23% are in a deplorable health, 19% show signs that they have received ill-treatments, every patient pays a sum of 750DH per month.
The Ministry of Health aims to close the psychiatric center ,which is in reality a mausoleum of a saint Moroccan mistakenly believed to cure all diseases of physical and

The dilemma between the return of the moral order and tourism revenues

During these days of Ramadan those giving moral lessons to the citizens and tourists proliferate like weeds especially in the beaches and elsewhere , they want simply to impose ‘moral’ outfits on people especially during this holy month of Ramadan.
Some Arab societies like Moroccan society are trying to find the point of balance !!!,and their easy target is women , they have a complete obsession with women who wear light clothes , such as bikini, miniskirts … .etc. especially in touristic areas such as Agadir ,which is a touristic seaside resort .
These lessons givers must care more about their ailing country, their country is completely plagued with corruption at all levels of the state ; let’s be serious, if there are things that need to receive moral lessons , they must be precisely the immoral administration and judiciary, and incompetent and corrupt politicians … etc.
But we must not forget the citizen in this equation, citizen sometimes who throws garbage in the street, does not respect the highway code …etc ,must first correct himself , moreover some citizens when they are appointed to the administration, unfortunately they become corrupt politicians or officials , while they spent all their time and energy criticizing the administration when they had been simple citizens.
The problem is that the return of the supposedly moral order, is imposed by groups of people but not by the state institutions, therefore the risk of skidding and uncontrollable reaction is higher than other things, and tourists harassed for their clothes , may no longer return to Morocco, while tourism is an important element in the Moroccan economy, and regional development, it accounts for 10% of Morocco’s GDP.
The return of this moral order is rather linked to the mistreatment of Muslims in Western countries and the harassment of Muslim women wearing the veil in France ,mainly because over there it is strictly forbidden to wear the Islamic veil not only in the administration but even sometimes in the street, not to mention the cartoons of the prophet of Islam in France and in the West.
