South Soudan is in real quagmire, this youngest country in the world is on the brink of civil war ,in order to avoid this another tragedy for Africa , South Sudanese President Salva Kiir says he is committed to beginning negotiations with rebel leader and his former Vice President Riek Machar ; but without preconditions as soon as his counterpart is willing for compromise ; in order to put the country in order .
But the date of these talks between the two sides is not known yet ;but the first condition to start talks is known ; Machar said that negotiations would be held if his comrades who are under detention were released.

Clashes broke out near the capital, Juba, between government troops and forces loyal to the former vice president on December 15. Hundreds of people have been killed since ;and many had been displaced ,not to mention wounded people ; humanitarian crisis in South Sudan is looming dangerously ,if steps are not taken to stop this civil war from spreading .
South Sudan is rich of oil but without north Sudan this oil will not be profitable either for south Sudan or (north) Sudan ,as the pipeline pass through Sudan to reach the coast and be exported ,by the way china has refused to built pipeline in south Sudan to make it independent from Sudan when it comes to export oil .
